What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. For further information, please consult the "Payment methods" section on the cart page.
Can I ask for an invoice?
Of course you can! If you have a VAT number and wish to receive an invoice, you must request one before placing your order!
From the "YOUR CART" page, go to the bottom and tick the box "REQUEST INVOICE".
Fill in the fields "VAT number/tax code" and "PEC/SDI" and you will receive your invoice.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. In Italy, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days from the shipping date. For shipments abroad, times may vary from 3 to 7 working days.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, access the "My account" section and click on "Order status". You will be provided with an overview of the information relating to your order, including the shipping date and the shipping tracking code.
How can I contact customer service?

How do I use the DEHA Gift Card?
This virtual Gift Card can be used as a real credit. During Check-out, simply enter the Gift Card identification code in the "Discount code or gift voucher" field and the credit will be applied automatically.
The credit can also be used on multiple orders, until it runs out.
Where can I use it?
The DEHA Gift Card can only be used on deha.it
What will I receive if I purchase the Gift Card?
The DEHA Gift Card is virtual.
You will receive an email that you can forward that contains all the information. If you want to give the Gift Card as a gift, just forward the email to the recipient or print it.
From this email a page will open with all the information to always have the Gift Card with you, including the actual value of the Card.
What can I buy with the Gift Card?
It is possible to purchase any product on DEHA.it, with the exception of the Gift Cards themselves. You can also purchase with promotional codes and products on offer.
If the Gift Card does not fully cover the price of your purchases, the only accepted payment method will be the credit card: in these cases the system does not allow purchases with PayPal, Klarna or bank transfer.
Is it possible to top up the Gift Card?
No. Once the balance is exhausted, the Gift Card is no longer valid.
Can I make a return if I purchased via Gift Card?
Certainly! Proceed with the return as normal. The credit will be re-added to your Gift Card and you can reuse it whenever you want.
Is the Gift Card nominative?
No, the Gift Card can be used by anyone who receives the identification code.
Does the Gift Card have an expiry date?
Yes, gift cards last 18 months from the date of purchase and receipt of the confirmation email and cannot be refunded.
Who can use the Gift Card?
Whoever purchases the Gift Card can give it to another person. Only one user can proceed to purchase with his Gift Card, even by placing multiple orders. If you have received and used a gift card you cannot transfer it to another person.
Can I return a Gift Card?
Unfortunately no, once purchased the Gift Card is not returnable and cannot be refunded.
How can I return a product?
To make a return go to the Returns Portale, follow the instructions in the "Returns and refunds" section on our website. Remember that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return. You will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order, within 14 days from the receipt of the package. If you paid by bank transfer, our customer care will contact you to ask for your IBAN to process the refund.
Is it possible to exchange for a different size?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for a different size, but don't worry. In this case, we recommend that you return the item as indicated below and proceed with a new order!
Why do I have to pay for returns?
This decision has been made in order to respect the environment and reduce the CO2 emissions caused by unnecessary returns.
DEHA believes in conscious shopping and would like to encourage you to think carefully about your purchases before finalising them
How much does it cost to return an item?
The return charges will be clearly displayed on the return request page and are a delivery charge, you can find the updated list at this link.
Who is responsible for the costs of customs duties and taxes for EXTRA-CEE shipments?
Customs duties and taxes due to import products are responsibility of the customer. When purchasing products from Italy, if the shipment destination is an EXTRA-EU Country, it is important to keep in mind that there may be additional costs in addition to the price of the products and shipping expenses. These costs may include customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and other additional expenses, such as fees for customs documentation processing.
What is a "Promo Code" and how does it work?
A "Promo Code" is a discount voucher provided to you to take advantage of special promotions. The conditions for obtaining such a code will be communicated to you through a specific Newsletter on particular occasions. If you have one, simply enter the code in the field on the checkout page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.
I don't see the free gift in my cart
If there is a promotion running but the free gift is not automatically added to your basket, there could be two reasons:
- your basket does not meet the conditions of the promotion, check the rules
- a technical problem, contact us to receive your gift
