Q-Nova® by Fulgar
Q-NOVA® by Fulgar is an eco-sustainable polyamide fibre obtained from regenerated raw materials and meets specific traceability requirements. It is a highly ecological product that aims to achieve a reduction in CO2 emissions, lower water consumption, and the use of energy from renewable sources. Moreover, the fiber recycling process occurs through mechanical processing, guaranteeing the sustainability of the final product, without the use of chemical substances.Characteristics:- lightweight: under the same conditions, fabrics made with Q-NOVA® fiber are lighter than cotton or polyester- breathability: Q-NOVA® boasts excellent moisture management performance, allowing the skin to stay fresh and dry- resistance to traction and therefore to breakagerinkle-resistant, durable, and elastic- wrinkle-resistant, durable, and elastic- in sports it is used for its lightness, water resistance and fast drying
Organic cotton
Organic cotton is the eco-friendly alternative to traditional cotton because is grown in agricultural systems that work with nature, rather than against it. The organic way of farming combines tradition, innovation, and science to benefit the environment, promoting fair relationships and improved quality of life for all. Organic farming systems have the potential to sustain and promote the health of soils, ecosystems, and people by relying on ecological processes, biodiversity, and cycles that are adapted to local conditions, rather than using external inputs that could have adverse effects.At present, only 1.4% of all cotton grown is estimated to have been organic (Source: Textile Exchange OCMR 2022)
Tencel™ Modal fibre
TENCEL™ Modal fibers are mainly manufactured from beech wood, sourced from sustainable forests in Austria and neighboring countries. Wood and pulp used by the Lenzing Group comes from sustainably managed forests. Lenzing™ Ecovero® viscose
LENZING™ECOVERO™ viscose derives from from certified renewable wood sources. LENZING™ECOVERO™ branded fibers offer customers eco-responsible Viscose fibers with low enviromental impact. The manufacturing of LENZING™ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibers generate up to 50% lower emmisions and water impact compared to generic viscose. Tencel™
TENCEL™ lyocell fiber derives from sustainable wood sources. All TENCEL™ standard lyocell fiber types have been certified as Bio-based, biodegradable and compostable as they can fully revert back to nature. If a DEHA garment bears the STANDARD 100 label, you can be assured that it has been tested for harmful substances and is therefore safe for your health. We collaborate with suppliers who adhere to the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 because your well-being is our priority.
EMANA® by Fulgar
Emana® is a polyamide-based smart yarn with a far infrared technology that transforms the human body heat in benefits to skin care. Responsible (eco) dyeing
The dyes used in the dyeing process are carefully selected to reduce environmental impact and minimize the use of hazardous substances in pursuit of processes that are increasingly respectful of human health and the environment. The dyeing facility is committed to the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero program.
Ecofriendly wash
Our garments are washed while recovering 30% of the water, thus reducing its environmental impact. The laundry facility responsible for our washes is actively engaged in the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero program.
